Hello, and welcome to my portfolio! I'm Dr. B Baron Sam, an Associate Professor and Head of Department of AI & DS at DMI Engineering College, with a passion for education and a dedication to nurturing the next generation of professionals. With over 13 years of experience in higher education, I've cultivated a diverse skill set that includes expertise in programming, debugging, and lecturing. Armed with a PhD, I'm passionate about leveraging my skills to drive impactful solutions and deliver tangible results. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work across various institutions, including education and in-plant training, where I've honed my abilities in fostering collaboration and advancing technological innovation as an IEEE Coordinator. From spearheading key projects and initiatives to optimizing processes, I thrive on tackling challenges head-on and exceeding expectations. Outside of work, I find joy in engaging with electrical works, repairing bikes, and tinkering with electronics. These hands-on activities provide me with a creative outlet and a sense of accomplishment outside of the classroom. Looking ahead, my aspiration is to become a Principal, where I can leverage my leadership skills and passion for education to drive positive change and foster a culture of excellence. I am driven by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the educational landscape. In my quest for personal and professional growth, I am eager to engage in a dynamic and challenging environment where I can continue to evolve as an educator and contribute meaningfully to the field of higher education.
